Sales activity throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint remained somewhat slow again for the month of September 2024 with 45 total sales – 22 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 18 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. St. George Island saw the most activity with 15 total sales – 11 single family homes and 4 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 6 total sales – 3 single family homes/storage buildings, 2 condo/town homes and 1 commercial property. Carrabelle had 14 total sales – 7 single family homes, 1 town home (duplex), 1 mobile home and 5 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 10 total sales – 1 single family home and 9 residential home sites. Sales prices ranged from a low of $20,000 ea. for side by side residential home sites in Carrabelle to $2,950,000 for a 6 bedroom/7 bath gulf front home with private pool and elevator located in Casa Del Mar in the Plantation on St. George Island.
