FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – OCTOBER 2023

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday and wish you the best holiday season. I am staying home this Christmas with just my son and youngest granddaughter. A quiet and peaceful Christmas is just what I need as I am sure we all do at this hectic time of year.

Sales activity on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint for the month of October 2023 remained somewhat slow with 38 total sales – 19 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 16 residential homesites and 2 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 21 total sales – 10 single family homes, 1 town home and 10 residential home sites. St. George Island had 4 total sales – 3 single family homes and 1 residential home site. Apalachicola had 6 total sales – 3 single family homes, 1 residential home site and 2 commercial properties. Eastpoint had 7 total sales – 3 single family homes and 4 residential home sites. Sales ranged from a low of $20,000 for a 1 acre lot in Eastpoint to $2,350,000 for a 4 bedroom/4 bath gulf front home with elevation in the Plantation on St. George Island.
