Sales activity for the month of October was down quite a bit from previous months with just 25 total sales – 9 single family homes, 5 condo/town homes, 10 residential home sites and 1 commercial listing. St. George Island saw the most activity with 10 total sales – 4 single family homes and 10 residential home sites. In Apalachicola there were 8 total sales – 4 single family homes, 1 condo, 2 residential home sites and 1 commercial office space in High Cotton Marketplace. In Carrabelle there were 6 total sales – 4 condo/town homes and 2 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 1 multi-family home sale.
