I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. My husband and I went over to Destin for a couple of days to do some Christmas shopping and relax. Going there really makes me appreciate the unspoiled beauty and uniqueness of this area. It is so built up and it is almost impossible to access the beach. The best thing about visiting other areas of Florida is returning to our own little piece of paradise.
Sales activity for the month of November remained about the same as the past few months with 36 total sales – 15 single family homes, 5 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes, 12 residential home sites and 2 commercial properties. St. George Island saw the most activity with 17 total sales – 9 single family homes, 1 town home and 7 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 6 total sales – 2 single family homes, 1 condo, 1 mobile home and 2 residential home sites. Carrabelle had 9 total sales – 2 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 2 residential home sites and 1 commercial property.
