FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – JUNE 2021

June was another crazy busy month for property sales on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint. Local realtors worked with buyers and sellers on 117 property sales transactions – 43 single family homes, 10 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 58 residential home sites and 5 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 53 total sales – 15 single family homes, 7 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home, 29 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. St. George Island had 38 total sales – 20 single family homes, 3 condo/town homes, 14 residential home sites and 1 commercial building. Apalachicola had 13 total sales – 4 single family homes, 6 residential home sites and 3 commercial properties. Eastpoint had 13 total sales – 4 single family homes and 9 residential home sites. Sales ranged from a low of $15,000 for a residential home site in Carraway Bay Plantation and a high of $3,540,000 for a 7 bedroom/7.5 bath renovated gulf front home with private pool and elevator located on the East End of St. George Island.
