FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – JULY 2020

I hope everyone is having a great summer and hope that you were able to enjoy some time visiting this special area. Even after living here for over 18 years, I am still overwhelmed by the beauty and serenity that surrounds me.

Sales activity was crazy busy for the month of July with 68 total sales throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint – 33 single family homes, 4 town home/condos, 1 mobile home, 29 residential home sites & improved RV lots and 1 commercial property. St. George Island saw the most activity with 33 total sales – 20 single family homes, 1 condo and 12 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 4 total sales – 3 single family homes and 1 residential home site. Carrabelle had 25 total sales – 9 single family homes, 3 town home/condos, 1 mobile home and 12 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 6 total sales – 1 single family home, 4 residential home sites and 1 commercial building. Sales prices ranged from a low of $9,000 for a residential home site in St. James Bay to a high of $2,450,000 for a 7 bedroom/7 bath gulf front home with private pool located on the East End.
