Carrabelle saw the most activity with 11 total sales – 1 condo/town home, 1 mobile home, 8 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. St. George Island had 5 total sales – 4 single family homes and 1 condo/town home. Apalachicola had 5 total sales – 1 single family home, 1 mobile home and 3 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 1 sale of a residential home site. Sales prices ranged from a low of $20,000 for a bay view lot in Lanark Beach to $1,900,000 for a 5 bedroom/4 bath 1st tier gulf view home with private pool located in the Gulf Beaches.
