Fall has officially arrived but it was still in the 90’s here yesterday but there was a nice breeze and low humidity. No complaints from me!
Sales activity remained strong for the month of August with a total of 14 lot sales and 30 single family/town homes and mobile homes sold. St. George Island was the most active area with 7 lots sold and 12 homes. Carrabelle as also very active with 4 lots sold and 11 homes. There were two homes sold in Apalachicola. Eastpoint had two lots sold in the Lakes on the Bluff subdivision and 5 homes sold. Two bank owned gulf front lots were sold on Dog Island. Sales ranged from $8,000 for a bank owned lot in Lakes on the Bluff to $1,175,000 for a Plantation gulf front home.
