FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – FEBRUARY 2025

Sales activity remained somewhat slow throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint during the month of February 2025 with 24 total sales – 13 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes, 1 mobile home and 8 residential home sites. St. George Island saw a significant improvement is sales with 13 total sales – 11 single family homes and 2 condo/town homes. Apalachicola had 5 total sales – 2 single family homes and 3 residential home sites. Carrabelle also had 5 total sales – 1 mobile home and 4 residential home sites. Eastpoint had 1 sale of a parcel of two bay front residential home sites. Sales ranged from a low of $30,000 for a residential home site in St James Bay Subdivision in Carrabelle to a high of $3,265,000 for a 7 bedroom/7.5 bath gulf front home with private pool and elevator located in the St. George Plantation.
