FORGOTTEN COAST SALES UPDATE – FEBRUARY 2024

Sales activity throughout St. George Island, Apalachicola, Carrabelle and Eastpoint saw an increase for the month of February 2024 with 48 total sales – 15 single family homes, 4 condo/town homes, 6 mobile homes, 21 residential homesites and 2 commercial properties. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 22 total sales – 6 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 4 mobile homes, 10 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. St. George Island had 10 total sales – 6 single family homes, 1 condo/town home, 1 mobile home and 2 residential home sites. Apalachicola had 6 total sales – 3 single family homes, 2 condo/town homes and 1 residential home site. Eastpoint had 10 total sales – 1 mobile home, 8 residential home sites and 1 commercial property. Sales ranged from a low of $22,500 each for a block of lots in Eastpoint to $3,090,000 for a 6 bedroom/6.5 bath new construction gulf front home with private pool located in the Plantation on St. George Island.
