Spring is officially here and so are the spring breakers. This is such a good time to plan a visit to the area with the warming but not hot temperatures and to see everything turning green and beginning to bloom again. I recently planted a Crape Myrtle, Little Gem Magnolia tree and 3 Bottle Brush bushes. I can’t wait to see how they do. March and April are probably my favorite months of the year.
Sales activity for the month of February was strong with 57 total sales – 21 single family homes, 8 condo/town homes, 2 mobile homes, 21 residential home sites and 5 commercial properties.
