Spring break season is here and the weather could not be more perfect. Temperatures in the low 70’s and lots of sunshine. Two of our granddaughters will be here the 1st week of April and we cannot wait. Things seem so much better when you have your grandkids around.
Sales activity remained somewhat slow again for the month of February. There were 29 total sales – 14 single family homes, 2 town home/condos, 3 mobile homes, 9 residential home sites and 1 commercial property in Apalachicola. Carrabelle saw the most activity with 14 total sales – 6 single family homes, 3 mobile homes 1 town home/condo and 4 residential home sites.
